Ingredients: paprika, chili, beetroot, cumin, coriander, cloves, ginger, turmeric, cassia, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, mace.
We recommend it mainly for poultry. You can make a yoghurt marinade with masala: in 400ml of yoghurt we mix 2 tablespoons of masala and we spread it on the meat, which we can marinate for 12 hours. Salt-free spice mix, so we need to add salt to the meat to taste!
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
