Ginger ground

The taste of ginger is mainly associated with sweet products, honey cakes, cheesecake bases, apple pies and mulled wine.

 

It is also an essential spice in Chinese, Indian and Thai dishes.

It can also be used to make gingerbread cookies, gingerbread and ginger beer.

Today,  Nigeria and China export the largest quantities of ginger, so our ginger products also come from these two places.

Another of our steam-sterilized ground ginger products is recommended for uses where the finished product is no longer subjected to heat treatment, e.g. ginger powder is used in health-conscious finished products.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
