Black tea is one of the most popular teas of the winter season, as it warms us up, invigorates and supports the resilience of our body.
Flavoured with honey or brown sugar and citrus fruits, enjoy it while still warm, or if you make stronger tea from it, it is also worth trying to flavour it with milk and sugar.
Due to its caffeine content, it is recommended to consume it in the morning and early afternoon.
Black tea is completely fermented, making it darker in colour but also rich in taste and
- invigorates
- is antibacterial.
