Pink pepper conquers with its beautiful color, its aroma is typically sweet. Its pungent, peppery aroma can only be sensed if it is crushed or ground a little and it also appears in its aftertaste.
Due to its sweet taste, it can be used not only to replace ground pepper, but also with fruit dishes, so e.g. freshly ground and sprinkled on fruit soup makes it very exotic.
Pink pepper may cause gastrointestinal or respiratory irritation in large quantities and should only be used to a healthy extent.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
