A common ingredient in ground fenugreek spice blends, e.g. used for curry powders, meaty, fishy spice mixes, rubs. In Egypt, breads and teas are flavoured with it.
Due to its yellowish color, it is also used as a natural coloring in cheeses and other foods.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
