Ground nutmeg is made from smaller pieces that are broken or cannot be sold due to their aesthetic appearance, but have a high essential oil content. We import ground nutmeg too, so we do not grind this product locally.
Our recommended usage: a popular seasoning for sausages, sauces and cakes.
